Upgrading from v1.5.x: v1.5.0 / v1.5.1 / v1.5.2 / v1.5.3 / v1.5.4 users can all upgrade to v1.5.5 — upgrading is strongly recommended. Just run upgrade.sh --offline <package-path> — about 3-4 minutes end-to-end.
⚠️ Commercial users — important upgrade note: If your installation is activated with a commercial / professional / enterprise License, please use the matching commercial upgrade package. Avoid using the community upgrade package, as the two packages have identical functionality but differ in the embedded License — using community to upgrade will overwrite your commercial License and cap your installation at 20 devices. If you're unsure about your current tier, feel free to reach out for guidance.
Real-machine deployment testing: Fresh-install regression tested across 5 mainstream OSes (Ubuntu 24.04 / Kylin V10 / Anolis 8 / CentOS 7 / Debian 13) — each host passed 13 install-integrity checks. On Ubuntu 20.04, a real customer-License v1.5.3 → v1.5.4 upgrade-path regression validated the upgrade flow under real customer conditions.

Upgrading from v1.0.x: Direct upgrade supported (no version hopping). The upgrade script handles database migrations and config merging automatically, with 6 verification assertions and auto-rollback protection.
⚠️ Known issue: offline install only succeeds on Ubuntu 24.04. Use v1.0.1 on other distros.
